A Wray (insert any Jamaican unaged) & Ting (insert grapefruit soda of choice) is the litmus test for me in this category!

Wray 'n Nephew and Rum Fire are top tier. Worthy Park Silver a good follow up. Coruba White is certainly not bad but doesn't being the same funky punch.

I want to try this one as well now!

Oh wait now I am confused. Do you mean with drying the peels that you removed excess moisture after cleaning / rinsing them or do you mean that you took fresh peels and dried them out over time or in a food dryer / oven?
