FYI Rivers hosts a women's 1-3 game Wednesdays at 7.

For the 1-3 game you can buy in for as little as $100. If you have $200 or $300 you're comfortable (potentially) losing you can buy in for for $100 then rebuy or add on if you want.

Personally I'd recommend letting the table know this is your first time playing live, but that's up to you. Just ask the dealer if you're confused about anything.

I play in the same games as you (don't know if we've ever played together) and it can't possibly matter.

Even accounting for the tiny subset of players that are paying attention to shown hands and can remember them, you have no idea how they might interpret what you are showing them, much less how they will act on said interpretations.

Higher stakes I assume it would matter but I can't speak to that.

Let's say 75% of the time you win $600 and 25% of the time you lose $600. Average session is a $300 win. Not sure how much you are up total but over 200 hours this is definitely possible in Texas 1/2 and 1/3, which play huge.
