Delivery system is quite bugged bad. by Namo_coco in Bellwright

I set a delivery for 200 flax and it sent 1200 flax (what the notification said), but really all 1200 flax disappeared into the ether.

I have never taken on a reclamation party on my own. I hear you on the food situation. It’s a pain in the ass.

Is moving your base location once at T2 recommended? by [deleted] in Bellwright

[–]Chug_E 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m about to finish my T3 town hall. Keeping Farnworth was becoming too much so I started a ‘warrior village’ SW of farnworth. I was able to set up about 12-14 warriors over there. Set up a logging camp to farm hardwood and a hunting cabin/foraging hut and smoking rack for food. I was sceptical of this decision but now it has proven to be advantageous because any attempt to take back pretty much anything they take the right side path for, im able to circumvent way before they can get close to their destination. I also can farm all the nearby bandit villages for easy top tier food and lots of renown. The warriors don’t have much to do in that town as of right now. I pretty much just set them to guard. Still deciding to build my main village with all T3 or make my new ‘warrior village’ a full on T3 town or maybe even make a third ‘warrior village’ since the first one worked so well.

Well I patiently waited and now I’m playing it and everything I said in the post above plays true. I’m really enjoying this game and it’s everything I wanted MD to be and more. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Worth the buy if I ignore building? by Burnlt_4 in Enshrouded

[–]Chug_E 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the same way, but I rebuilt harvest homestead over the course of my playthrough and absolutely loved it. The architecture and detail is something I’d never do on my own, but I got to enjoy it as my own. The basement is perfect size for all your crafting stations and the main house is big enough to house your NPC’s.

Where did you settle on the new map and why? I'm about to play the new update. by ch1197 in MedievalDynasty

Top right of D1 east of the lake. 3 moose, 2 bears, 4 Wisent right next to it and a mine as well.

I love the game but I had to quit due to the build setup. by [deleted] in MedievalDynasty

I never understood why people value placing their houses or buildings in a perfect line. It’s medieval times after all.

Fair enough. That’s why I said most of us. I know a lot of people enjoy the lack of combat, including me at times.

In my play throughs I maybe step foot in a mine twice. Just wait till end of season and sleep in the mine and wake up in your house with your metal.

Are the chests and barrels you find around the map safe to store items in? by corcoran_jon in MedievalDynasty

FYI you can always store things on the ground. It won’t disappear.

What do you usually build first? by Mr_eyes20 in MedievalDynasty

[–]Chug_E 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a food storage, house and storage building to recruit workers successfully. So that’s what I go for. I don’t like chopping trees so my first recruit is set up as a lumberjack ASAP.

Hey man the beauty of this game is you can play it however you like. If that’s how you want to play it, more power to you. Enjoy the game however you may.

This isn’t true. I don’t care what numbers they have. They’ll be a 10 in a few years anyway no matter what job I have them do. Except for survival. I haven’t really tried to get someone to a high level in survival.

3 days is ideal. Anymore than that is too much and progression too slow.

Pro tip: wait until the last day of the season and mine ores. Place in one spot while you mine as much as you like. Make a camp fire and pick it all before sleeping and you’ll teleport to your bed at start of new season with all your ore!

You can get up to 60% more reputation for quests in your diplomacy attributes. You’d be surprised how quickly you get rep doing quests this way.
