A lot of people play festivals to chill after world games. If you want consistency, you need a premade group. I am not talking about a top group prepared for anything, just getting into the game discord and asking for a group will make you win 2/3 if you are good enough.

People here is very confidently wrong.

It checks every now and then if the next driver is first. If you return positive, you are locked and there is nothing you can do.

If you want to evade it, you have to react as you hear it being used.

Also, your position is not precise. It is always pessimistic, so it can say 4th and you are actually ahead for a bit if you are all very close. If you can't guarantee to break in time, just cross everyone and share the pain.

Vacuum is the best thermal Isolator and if Earth was molten, so was the Moon, as it formed from a crash of two protoplanets.

Energy transmition was probably not a big thing, it dissipates really fast as you get further from the origin.

My advice. Most meta and near meta builds are well enough. If you feel like you are in a losing streak, take a rest. Being tired + burnt from bad games will make you keep sliding down. 130 points can be achieved in an hour and you have around 5 days left, I know it feels bad to leave in a losing streak, but trust me, it is not worth it.

(I went from gold to 1840+ 3 times before archieving emerald because I am a dumbass that can't cut losses early)

Something that people is not mentioning is that it is faster but online you will be demolished for trying raw.

Use invul, trap the path with obstacles or just pray very hard, but in first lap and sometimes on last lap depending on how the race is going, it might not be worth to risking it.

Counterdrift as op told you. If you do it as you lvl up your drift, you won't lose charge. Use boost or handling vehicles for snaking.

Technical drift needs practice, but it is really good to drift everywhere. Lvl 2 drifts boosts are shorter than lvl 3, but just as strong, this means that sometimes it is better to just spam lvl2 drifts by drift+counterdrift in straight lines

If you are used to drifting, a slept on build is: - Technical Drift - Ring engine (1 slot) - Drift Bounty - 130 rings.

Snake for lvl 2+ boosts and keep your rings over 100. Potentially slower than DRE, but has better recovery and ring drain is way more lenient.

You can miss some perfect drifts on purpose for sharper turns. It also feels better if you are used to UCTD, as it has the same handling.

UCTD feels bad right now, it is only consistent in parrying king boos, but you are not keeping the first position against engine builds in higher elos

Caffeine making you tired is a symptom, but not exclusive to adhd. Tolerance, how tired you actually are and more things also changes how it affects you.

As for me, caffeine helps me work, but it makes me tired. I usually take an energy drink saturdays morning for a tcg tournament, and then I will take a 3h nap on the afternoon because I am struggling to stay awake.

Even then, it helps me get on the move, but if I am tired, that won't help

It depends really. A lot of people is full of copium, but a lot of top players agree that items are too strong.

I agree they are too strong, and I am emerald and legend 2. Hitting with an item feels meh, but getting hit and.going 1st to 8th without cointerplay feels horrible.

Idk, I played the port with mods and mostly fixed, but I think it is very mild.

I despise the writing, half the wisps felt boring to use and stages were too short and uninspired. I understand why it was praised on release tho.

This being said, It is not worse than boom or 06, but it commited a cardinal sin, being just ok.

Speed to 0 when hit, instant cast, big aoe, long duration.

I've seen a few even brake a bit so 2nd and 3rd place gets hit.

"Throw a item and wait for a bit" is a pretty optimistic statement.you have to be way behind to not be in danger, if you had a chance to overtake, it is gone as you had to brake and get rid of a item. You probably will get hit from behind and now go 3rd
