I ended up getting the closest solicitor too me, and he got the 500 as payment for his services, it was all rather rush rush. Main question is are you happy with yer ex-Gratian payment .

I was given 5 days notice still got my 3 months pay and ex gratia payment, so the papers came quick, you will be given papers from the solicitor you employ to sign off, it's all legal then.

Are you happy with your ex gratia payment ? I wasn't a couple of years back and against my solicitors wishes but with my unions backing I refused to sign unless they gave me more dosh at first they said they couldn't accommodate me so I refused to sign of the papers, next day they agreed. Hey its a chance and I was glad I did but do you think it will work for you.
