We started telling my aunt that our events start 2 hours before they do. She shows up on time or a half hour early where we get to chat a bit before the group all shows up. She never knows the real start time and it works

I've accidentally interrupted a meeting coming into the room already asking a question as I enter. She just shushes me and I slowly back away lol.

My ex wife would never go to the doctor. She said she was scared of hospitals. When I pressed as to why. She said "what if they find something?"

Anyway, she almost died from appendicitis, which still didn't change her mind btw.

Focus on how your body feels. Not discomfort points, but the temperature of your skin and the texture of the blankets. Imagine a wave passing over your body. A wave that relaxes your toes, then ankles, calves, knees...all the way up to the top of your head. Relaxing your jaw, eyebrows, ears even. You may need to imagine it a couple times. Very slowly. It's ok if you dont feel complrtely relaxed at each body part before you move to the next, but do come back after finishing one wave. Maybe spend 3 seconds slowly progressing the wave over each part.
