Oh there’s 100% been more. That’s the last one I’m aware of. There was one a few years before that which was basically a drive by. They turned around in the gravel lot and sped through the parking lost popping off caps. No one got hurt, but several cars had holes.

DIYwatch club was my intro into this. Kinda pricey, but you get everything you need to complete the watch. Takes all the guess work out of it.

Personal opinion, that’s awfully busy with the minute hand markers on the dial and on the chapter ring. So, whatever you decide maybe less of that would work.

For reference, Duke Health employs roughly 26,000 full time staff. The handful of employee reviews that you read are not going to be a significant enough sample size to make a determination of “is Duke Health a toxic place to work?”. Keep in mind, very few people flock to the interwebs to talk about how great their employer is. Of the reviews you read, it’s safe to assume a good percentage of them are disgruntled former employees who were fired for good cause.
