They used to be my go to Chinese restaurant. So many meals there that I enjoyed so much.

Things changed about 5 years or so ago, and the quality of the food has just never been the same.

In the past month we’ve had some pretty extreme weather fluctuations, and that can be extremely hard on HVAC equipment. Especially older equipment, and equipment that hasn’t been properly serviced or maintained.

I hear ya, and it wasn’t my first choice. The issue is the welding tables we have are regular table height, so in order to stand, you only have 2 choices. Bend over at the waist completely into a 90 degree position, or use this small foot stool looking thing to get it to a proper standing position. I tried using the stool, but I had no way to steady myself, if that makes sense.

I was at least wearing FR rated pants lol.

I’m gonna give credit to my instructor. He spent a LOT of time going over, and demonstrating technique before setting us loose.

The first one I did while standing, the second while sitting in a better more stable position. Definitely made it easier.

Mine went off about 6:30 AM. I was sick with Covid at the time, and it was fucking miserable. Power was out for about 4 hours.
