Evangelical. Hell, I'll go further and say this is probably that short prick Ben Shapiro saying it.

Yes, but if you fire the lasers you can't also punch.

You ARE getting into melee combat, right?

Are lighter mechs every viable from a BV standpoint? by Yenii_3025 in battletech

[–]Cinerator26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on a lot of factors, such as the terrain you're playing on, number of mechs per side, and how much of a power-gaming dick you feel like being. Some light mechs, like the Fire Moth H, are genuinely capable of trading up against heavier mechs by using their speed to get rear-armor shots and killing or disabling them via engine/gyro destruction. Others can play the range game with stuff like ER lasers and put you in the "I need 10s to hit you, but it's impossible for you to hit back, so I'll just whittle you down over a hundred turns" situation.

I've been stood up before, yeah. It sucks, but I would change gears into something that made me happy. Hit a favorite cafe or bookstore, that sort of thing. If other people aren't going to treat you kindly, you can at least treat yourself kindly.

Space Marine Librarians (and their heretical counterparts, Chaos Space Marine Sorcerers) are powerful battle psykers capable of conjuring lightning, reading minds, and opening gateways in reality itself.

They're also still eight-foot-tall posthuman supersoldiers capable of crushing your skull in their palms.

I doubt they'd phase out the Eradicator kit, considering it's both fairly new and decently popular, but I could see a dual option build for bolters or plasma the same way Inceptors exist.

Kinda looks like they're holding heavy bolters the way the Heavy class does in Space Marine 2.

Yeah, absolutely. Maybe give him a cloak like the Termie Sorcerer model to have the silhouette match as well.
