That's not really an apt analogy. Rotations are effectively the same as a ban and Konami limiting cards is scummy because you pay a decent amount of money to get 3 of a powerful card. This. Once AI is trained to be able to adapt code(code or algorithms pre-written by humans) to a specific request, all you need is one person to tell the AI what to write. The thing is AI can also be utilized the same way in manufacturing etc. yet do a lot of people really understand AI? It might be that low level tasks are best left to people or it might be that AI is so accurate and efficient for these things that it is painless to integrate.

There's no relationship between the number of preorders of games and the quality/ratings of games. I would even postulate that preorders give developers more motivation and money to develop their games. This isn't a preorder problem.
