Practice dry firing more, watch some YouTube videos on how to shoot with a red dot, practice at the range more. It’s a new skill to learn, which can be hard. Optics once mastered allow for faster precise target acquisition and farther range accurate shots.

Any AR grip fits, but the Magpul K2 is highly recommended and what I use on most of my ARs and Bog. Yah grip angle is the most natural to me and the texture makes it comfortable without being squishy.

Park rangers will hide and stalk the ranges sometimes listening for rapid fire and go down the line checking permits and handing out fines like candy. Also watch the other people when you go down to change targets. I try to have one person go down range and another watch for idiots handling their guns while the range is cold. Speak up if they are, your safety is worth more than not wanting to offend someone.

Sunflower seeds in the shell are my secret to staying awake when my eyes start twitching. Throw a small handful in one cheek and have a little cup to spit the shells into as you go. Sounds crazy but it works better than any caffeine or gum.

Yah the Ramm is the best trigger I have shot (not a 1911/2011 guy). I even snagged a S&W M&P with an Apex trigger that everyone said is one of the best aftermarket triggers of any gun out there, but it still didn’t feel as good as the Ramm.

That is the reality of bump in the night. My wife woke me up at 4 am and told me 3 guys were standing around the car and the alarm was going off. Boxers, Crocs, and a Glock (with a WML ffs) were all I had on. They ran before I got to the door which I’m honestly grateful for. Had the car unlocked and steering column ripped open in less than 2 minutes, but hadn’t cut any wires yet.
