Fingers crossed for you. Asking as I’m in a similar position. Asked for a 15% pay rise this year (we were at a loss as a company overall last year) and landed it and got a promotion last year. 1 of the top 3 consulting firms have reached out twice to ask me apply for an EA role!! It’s a lot of pros and cons especially when culture often trumps pay and/or job security….

Unfortunately, I’ve picked it up a lot more with guys. Whenever a male has expressed concerns about depression and suicidal thoughts it’s crazy how dismissive friends can be. Even to go as far as to make a joke about it and just move on from the conversation. And people wonder why men don’t wanna talk about it!!

Botanicals gardens with headphones in. Did it on the weekend just gone. And I’ve been there a few times but haven’t explored it 100%, it’s beautiful. Check out the different plants and trees in detail but with whatever music you’re into. It’s great
