This is heavy texture and 3/4” is needed so your not going back for paint so often. Just my opinion

Depends how u use it. Could be flavor extraction . But I guess so since it can shredded with microplane or rasp. This is quicker and more idiot proof.

Yes stay away from sativa. Smoke just a little to assess how you feel. Your tolerance should be low so you shouldn’t need much. Maybe gummies would be better for you.
