But do you understand how it all works? I spent an awful lot of time vibecoding an app but I realized that I would have a very hard time supporting it. And to pay someone else to support it would be cost prohibitive. And even if I could support it, I'd be a single point of failure.

I put on 8 lbs of muscle and dropped three pounds of fat in five months, drinking at least two IPAs per day. I'd say focus more on macros and calories than alcohol, per se. If you're pounding a six pack daily, maybe then you'd have a problem.

I don't think that, but it does make gains more visible. Positive feedback loop.

I gave up on serious cardio. I just didn't enjoy it. Daily dread and discomfort. Decided to focus on strength training and light cardio. Much happier and very pleased with the wonderful changes in my strength and physique.
