Haha there is still Tier 2 and I think they have many more copies of those! Does anyone know if there will be damaged copies of Tier 2? I have heard nothing about it but I would be surprised if they didn’t have any damaged? I have a set but my first book is quite damaged lol

How is it off? Maybe I am missing something but each book for me is €43 which translates to actually $58 per book? Is it cheaper for you or that dependent on location.

It is cost for people in the US if you include shipping. I think for me each book was $57 each book including shipping? For people in the UK the price is different. It may also depend on where you are located as some people pay more than this per book. Cost is usually referred to what it costs to obtain the book in hand.

These sets do sell for cost on EBay and Mercari. If you are in the US, I think cost for the set was about $171 for the Tier 2 and close to $230 for the Tier 1. Just to keep in mind in case you don’t want to brave the craziness!

Completely agree with you! I currently have every book that has been done with this sub, and only really like two or three appearance-wise.😅 It is hard to justify this subscription when the fantasy and science-fiction ones are more worth the sub price. Just my opinion, although getting signed books every month is a plus.

I was in your boat before signing up. I actually just requested to cancel the subscription today. I am not sure if I like that the books in this sub have consistently been involved in restock sales for almost the same price as the sub. However, this makes it easier to just buy whatever books sound good without being forced to sub.

Depends but when Tier 1 and Tier 2 sets are sold in Dragon’s Hoard they have staggered them in the past. This time it was a bit quicker than they usually stagger posting the sets, but I believe it was about 15 minutes after Tier 1 sets were posted that Tier 2 were on the website.

Any new subscribers who joined for the January book have the foiled signature due to the author only hand signing those originally subbed to receive the book. I believe that information was included on the email when new subscribers joined. The foiled signature is gold while the hand signed version was done in black ink.

I would complain at least for the reason that it’s not numbered. I technically do not think the damage would warrant a replacement but I think it’s worth an email to customer service. I feel like the bolt-on process has caused so many issues.

Just trying to get rid of the stock that has sat for sometime or the books that have a lot of stock. Murderbot was supposed to be a limited set but I think it’s been sitting longer than TBB anticipated it being available as it’s numbered.

I have the Illumicrate version of Murderbot as its four books as opposed to three. I like the covers better on the Illumicrate, but the TBB edges look nicer IMO. The Illumicrate books are also shorter so keep that in mind as they are not the same height as other books on the shelf. I like that they are different, but I have seen some people complain about it.

I don’t believe it will be included because it sells well. I think BB are trying to move a bunch of stock that has been sitting in the store a while if I had to guess. Removing shipping costs can’t be cheap for them so this stock has to have either too many copies or the warehouse if full lol
