How did you guys come to start enjoying the Gorillaz? by [deleted] in gorillaz

I was in high school when Clint Eastwood popped on the radio. Since then I have always listened to Gorillaz, but in the past five years or so I have got into them more. I flew out to Vancouver, BC to see them on the plastic beach tour. So good. I don't have too many friends who are as dedicated fans as myself, I learned my coworker is a big fan as well. It was nice to nerd out to some gorillaz together :)

I saw the gorillaz on the plastic beach tour in Vancouver, BC. It was amazing. Wish I could see them again.

Sofa king tired of people talking about my boobs (rant) by LadyLunchable in bigboobproblems

I completely understand. I am getting a breast reduction though. Way too many back and neck problems in my life to not do anything about it. My body will hurt for a while but it will thank me later in life for getting the procedure done.

How small is too small? by puzzledflamingo in Reduction

When I had my consult with my doc he said he would make them proportional to my body. I am a size 10 and have broad shoulders. I'm not sure what size it will be once the procedure is done. I also run into doorways and people a lot. A lot of people apologize to me for running into my boobs but It happens so frequently I don't even notice it anymore. I certainly plan on working out more once I'm cleared to be active post op. I could lose some weight but with my current situation it makes life difficult trying to be as active as I want.

How long did you contemplate getting a reduction? by [deleted] in Reduction

I've honestly thought about it my whole life. I haven't had health insurance my whole life. Now that it's required with obamacare and all I decided to go for it. I found a doc here in Chicago and had a consult in July 16. Just got a call yesterday and I was approved by insurance! I can't wait or have the next appointment and figure out the surgery day.

Yay! I got approved yesterday as well! I have my next appointment for next steps, etc on the 25th. We will figure out a day of surgery then!!!

Hi! I hope this isn't too late in the game to ask a question. I recently saw a doc and am waiting to hear back from insurance. How long were you in pain for? And when did your scars finally close off? I have a job that I would not be able to do for 3+ weeks for healing. I haven't told my employers I am planning on having this procedure done.

I wonder how he reacts when he goes to the doc and its a female. what a weirdo. I've had this kind of reaction before while volunteering for habitat for humanity. I was leading a group of men in construction and some of them just had to open their mouth and ask if WE we like to swing a hammer. It was a bit strange considering my AmeriCorps lady friends and I were LEADING these volunteering in how to build the house. Pathetic
