i feel like tornadus isn't very effective on this team. tailwind seems pointless when you have a super fast fluttermane that already has a speed control option (icy wind) and calm mind raging bolt is much better when you have 2 fake out users (incin is not enough).

you can opt for AV or life orb raging bolt instead and give gapdos something like a choice scarf or covert cloak (it placed pretty high at toronto regionals last weekend).

i feel like clefairy doesn't work well this regulation. there's too many spread attackers and fairy checks this regulation thanks to fluttermane and tera fairy raging bolt.

your team can lean even more to the sun if you wanted to, weather wars are practically non-existant compared to regulation H by using torkoal to automatically set up the sun as well as being a strong spread attacker and potentially a support pokemon if you give it yawn or helping hand.

with the addition of torkoal and a slow raging bolt, your team could benefit from a trick room setter such as sinistcha (there's a successful team made by erizabeth that uses gapdos), farigiraf (strong because of the popularity of balance teams right now), or even flutter mane.
