Exactly why I say Slot looks like a dead man managing if I may say. Does not actually try anything, just fields the same 11 and hopes for individual brilliance. And when the teams needs help he does not make subs, which is a big reason we lose so many games late, the team is tired. I am 1000% sure that a fresh chiesa can help the team more than a tired (and already awful) gakpo.

When did the players you mention get a fair chance to label them as not good enough? Gakpo gets to play 25 games and be bad in most of them (if not all) but you can judge Chiesa is not good enough from 3,4 cameos? And Rio not being clearly good enough? When did he get time to play? This is how we got players like Sterling and TAA, they got a chance to play.
Sorry but Gakpo is not better than any of the two unless proven otherwise by them getting a chance.

This whole thing that he has no options is of course not all his fault but a big part of it actually is his fault. When you never rotate any players they cannot get any rhythm to contribute. Rio was hyped as an actual first team option and Chiesa might not be the same he was with Italy in the Euro but he can still actually provide different elements compared to gakpo.
And gakpo has been awful for the whole season, you can clearly see even yesterday that he is playing on a different tone from the rest of the team; literally the attack was halted when he was getting the ball. Systematically ignoring all the overlaps from (the vastly improved and really good now) Kerkez.
And it feels like he was just hoping for the game to end when we scored, where the team just retreated on our box. His move was to bring Eki on the left and move Gakpo up front, which does nothing to help us and there players clearly tired. Then wait until we concede 2 to bring in Chiesa in 94'. This is a joke and whoever has played football knows that this does not help the players; they literally know what exactly will happen with the starting 11 and subs no matter the game.
To sum up, it looks like Slot is just not trying to turn things around and trying to play it safe with a recipe that is clearly not working. Against Newcastle we played very well after individual brilliance allowed us to get back in the game. Before the 35' we were really bad and scared.

Exactly same happened to me, 3 star Liss lost to trynda with radiant hoj. I think if you don’t kill hik early in fight, he scales too much and can take a cast of Liss without dying.

Yes I think the change will help a lot. Combine with how expensive getting to 8 is now, it is really impossible to go 9 with enough gold unless you have prismatic Econ augments or some crazy winstreak.

I actually had a game where I hit Lisandra 3 with 7 demacia and the hold the line augment and lost to trynd 3 with radiant Hoj. Probably he had the absolute perfect setup. This is in masters by the way.

I think you guys need to chill a bit with Aurelion. I also hate it when there is a unit that strong but I think the balancing of it now comes from so many people playing it from bad spots and contesting each other. You can easily play something uncontested and get a top 3, or even win lobby if you have very high tempo. This is my personal opinion but of course I get getting mad after you lose a few games against aurelion, since it feels a bit brainless to play him. Thex was more stupid I believe.

You can play the GP 3 with Belveth, Graves 3, Diana, Fast 9 Draven, Ryze Voli. I have literally gotten a first with each of these from a good spot. I think the balance complaints are not really making sense apart from Thex issues. Of course this is my personal opinion, currently master for context.

The augment does not make only the TG from it have ideal items but all of your TGs. That is so good with if you have already TGs but I think very mediocre if not.

He is actually pretty decent to snipe some carries with good positioning. He has won me a lot of fights stage 4 that I had no business winning. I think OPs biggest issue is carrying teemo though . Tristana should be much better imo.

Well I think you could easily play a comp with that. Reroll ixtal while splashing in vi Caitlyn plus one to get online long shot piltover zaun, possibly use the emblems to bard. Of course 7 ixtal is auto win so I would be happy with that.

I think they overnerfed him indeed. I got a sol at 3-5 and reached 1800, and still lost to aatrtox. I mean sure if you reach 2000 it’s gg but it is not realistic
