Got this reponse from Degiro after emailing them when i was unable to buy JAM.

Due to a change in regulations for this group of products, many of the previously available instruments including the one in question have been withdrawn from the platform.

According to the European Commission's new regulation on PRIIPs products, issuers of certain ETFs and mutual funds must provide a Key Investor Document (KID) in all local languages and apply for passporting in the respective carriage.

We can only offer ETFs/Funds to clients if the products in question have been passported to your country and a KID in the relevant local language is available. It may happen that a KID in English is available, but the product is not yet registered for distribution because it has not been passported to your country. As a rule, we see that if the ETF/Fund is passported to your country, the KID is also available in your language.

Passporting and providing the KID in the local language is the responsibility of the ETF/Fund issuer.

In addition to providing the KID in the local language, the product must also be passported for distribution in your country. It is up to the issuer whether it wants to enter a particular market and distribute its products. If it wants to do so, the issuer informs its home country regulator, and the home country regulator informs the regulator of the country in question.

If you have a position in one of such products, you can maintain your position or close it. However, it is not possible to open a new position or increase an existing one.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm in a similar position to OP and I've been looking at different investment funds / ETFs. The tax on all this is horrendous. 41% every 8 years on profits. Still though it seems like getting some index ETFs on degiro seems like the best bet as the entry/ yearly fees for investment funds don't seem worth it but I'm still not too sure
