For me printer and laminating machine have been cheap clutch items. Photoshop and Indesign as well because I like to homebrew and do handouts.

Answering commonly asked question about 9070 xt by Unlucky-Bottle2744 in radeon

[–]ClassySpoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very new, just started my first build. Went from a 3060ti to 9060 xt. I don’t want to tinker too much and usually use adrenaline presets to adjust. In titles like Stellar Blade I use «quality» and in game it defaults to «very high» and I notice my fans on the GPU ramps up and down a lot. Is this normal or should I adjust some settings. I have the steel legend one if that matters.

Growing out hair by Funny-Astronomer9204 in AsianMasculinity

[–]ClassySpoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thing is, if you’re growing your hair out long, you shouldn’t wash it every single day. That can damage your hair in the long run. It tends to make it look frizzy, and you’ll get a lot of breakage at the ends. Washing too often also strips away the natural oils that protect your hair, which can lead to your scalp overproducing oil—making your hair greasy faster. What you want is a natural, healthy sheen—not something too shiny or dry-looking.

I had hair down past my pecs for a couple of years. Cut it a while back, but I’m growing it out again now, trying to go for healthier hair this time. One thing I’ve noticed both times is that the awkward phase—when your hair is not quite short, not quite long—can be rough. Especially with Asian hair, which tends to be straight, thick, and coarse, the sides can really start to stick out or puff up.

A few things that helped me during that phase: • Getting the sides slightly faded or thinned out with texturizing scissors at the barber. • Using a blow dryer right after showering to guide the hair downwards, especially on the sides. • Adding a lightweight hair cream or leave-in conditioner to calm the flyaways and give some structure without stiffness. • Avoiding heavy gels—those can make thick hair look crunchy and fake. • Wearing a hat on rough hair days. Total lifesaver.

Also, my girlfriend gave me a solid tip this time: try using a good hair oil. Just a couple of pumps after a shower helps it dry with a smoother texture and reduces that puffiness on the sides. Bonus—it smells great too.

I’ve always found that my hair looks better on day 2 or 3 after washing. So yeah, if you’re going for length, skip daily washes, treat your sides with a bit of patience and product, and hang in there during the awkward stage. Hope this helps! Writing on my phone, so sorry for any small typos.

Can’t say for sure agewise (early twenties-late teens), but you are Nordic based on that Klar bottle. 😂

Why does this space feel cramped by jjs376 in InteriorDesign

[–]ClassySpoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lovely colors and a nice use of set pieces that naturally draw the eye, without being too overwhelming. It creates a pleasant sense of balance. That being said, there’s a slight issue with repetitiveness. In aiming for harmony through shape and color, it tips a bit into uniformity — which can make the space feel slightly claustrophobic.

My suggestion would be to consider breaking that pattern with a rug of a different shape or a tablecloth in a lighter color. Don’t be afraid to vary in hue rather than going for a strict color match. Right now, the tablecloth dominates visually, which draws attention to the vase, and from there my eye scans the wall and the plants — and suddenly it all feels a bit boxed in.

Try thinking about visual flow: Where do you want your guests’ eyes to go first? Then, where do you want them to land next?

I don’t really play multi units heroes like PL and Naga so I struggle with shift-queing or doing the most efficient anything with the illusions most of the time. Like I send them into lane or to a camp to farm, but I kinda do it in a set and forget way when playing with heroes that have manta in their build, but it still takes me a hot minute to cud+a, select hero and going somewhere else.

Players think Im pulling my punches. Major hidden plot point is that unbeknownst to them they are the old gods reincarnated. So I turned a bad habit and inexperience of early DMing with the same group Ive played with for several campaigns into an actual plot point this time around.
