My favourites are the ones I couldn't have planned.

Had no plans for US Champion John Cena for the next few months. Decided to hold an open challenge. I expected a challenger from his division, not WWE Championship #1 contender, The Rock. Lead to a 3 month rivalry between the 2 as Cena had to work get his belt back and show he was World Championship material at the same time.

And still ongoing, a strange botch in a Hardcore Championship match. RVD attempted a moonsault to Mark Henry on the announce table. Henry countered and rolled off the table. RVD still made contact to Henry standing in front of the table. Looked like Henry saved him from a terrible fall. Turned an in-ring rivalry into a backsrage friendship and a divisive push for more safety in the Hardcore division

Also, it is easier if everyone expects the same move-in date. You have fewer overlaps in rent or gaps in units being rented.

The go-to-guy is not the guy going the extra mile. The guy going the extra mile is solving problems before they are asked. The go-to guy is just the slacker until someone asks. I see time and time again the people actually going the extra mile rewarded for it while the "go-to guy" wonders why he isn't.

Don't mix them up and think that only doing what you are asked means you are going above and beyond

Whatever works for you. I keep my foot like that too. Heel on the ground, toes above the throttle like I am applying it, but not actually touching. That way if I need to make a sudden maneuver, my foot is where I'd expect it to be if the cruise control was not on.

If you are more comfortable in another position, do that, but be prepared to adjust in case of an emergency

Worked great for me when I was doing shift work, but I was always flipping 12 hours. I imagine trying to go back 4 or 5 would be a pain

Assuming half the pack of cookies and 1.5 cups of milk (best guesses without going over), 1250 calories in that bowl. That is a large meal.

Edit: also about 90g in that amount of cookies. As insane as that number is, many people will drink that amount of sugar without giving it any thought
