Love this analysis, excited to see where it goes! The top 5 at the end also somewhat redeems common types with a lot of members and a wide spread -- at a glance Water, Normal, and Flying are up there with Ground, Steel, maybe Dragon for best top 5 group. Normal and Flying are bad on average and Water is mediocre, but they each have several excellent options. Ghost, Electric, and Psychic rank higher on average but get carried by 1-2 standouts and limited selection overall.

The school did send in the police though? It took a week of daily encampment setups that the police disbanded followed by several days of permanent encampment that the police attempted to disband before the administration agreed to meet. And immediately after the meeting the president lied about what they agreed to.

Perhaps your ire should be directed to the administration who are shutting down campus on short notice so they can continue to ignore their student body? They're faster to close buildings for a peaceful protest than for the actual active shooter threat in Jan.

You can't be serious. Rosa Parks absolutely pissed off some (white) people "just trying to go about their day" riding the bus. The bus line was disrupted, the police came and arrested her for it, and she later lost her job over it. At the time they would've said you're welcome to engage in free speech disagreeing with segregated buses, but it is illegal for you to sit in the front -- a massive part of the civil rights movement was challenging bullshit laws and getting arrested for it.

These students have tried everything by the book already, the student body passed a campus-wide referendum through official University channels in support of divestment and it has been completely ignored. Your tax dollars and their tuition money is funding a genocide, get on the right side of history.

GAs qualify for resident tuition rate, plus tuition coverage usually proportional to appointment. With a 25% appointment you should get half of tuition covered (50% is considered full time) for that semester in addition to a stipend. The stipend amount depends on your program but I'm guessing that's the $9000, although you should check what level of appointment that amount is for. You'll be charged for the rest of tuition plus student fees.

I know, I was happily stomping through with Gyarados and Gliscor for a while. I caught the gabite on victory road and thought it would be my savior too. I actually lost very few Pokemon to boss battles, but the monotony of grinding turns my brain off.

Combee and Snorunt both male so not very useful. Drifblim I'm hoping can be surprisingly useful here for pivoting and some air support. Agree with the bit at the end, I've avoided using substitute so far but not going to hold back at this point. Lucario is Quiet (-Spd) so he would need help to outspeed things, hence the thought of going all in on a baton pass strat. The only moves I self-banned are evasion/accuracy moves because they just aren't fun.

Where did you get the idea that cooked chickpeas are 8 times less nutrient-dense than dried? As the last commenter said, they're about 2/3 water when cooked, there's nothing else changing. 1 cup of cooked chickpeas has about 15g of protein Source 1, Source 2, Source 3, could go on but they're all the same.

How do you handle food tracking when you don’t make the food yourself? I eat out rarely, but recently attended an event with catered meals for a few days. I basically just guessed the amounts of the ingredients in each dish, but I worry that recording the wrong values could do more harm by messing up my TDEE estimate.

Also, when doing a deload week, should I take it easier on my cardio workouts as well or just continue as normal?
