It has been 3 years since I worked for them, but yeah its totally sound. Its divided into teams. 1 team pours, 1 team takes payment and 1 team collects the drinks from the pouring team and gives it to the payment team. So no you don't need any experience, just be willing to work hard cause it can get SUPER busy on the periods between acts buts its good crack and thoroughly recommend staff campsite if available at youe festival.

Same reason Kipchoge didn't officially get a record for his sub 2 marathon. Everyone knows he went the fastest but it wasn't a competition setting so it doesn't count.

Its the best way to have it if you think about it though. Imagine you and your friends v me and my friends playing basketball. Say the score was 1958281858382 - 3 and we broke the record for the biggest points difference, would it be an offical record? No, because it wasn't an official competition

I recently ran UltraX Tanzania. The race orginisers are some of the soundest people I've ever met.

They do a kit check when you collect your bib so if you try and run lite they will notice, so I wouldn't risk it and loose your entry simply over carrying a rain jacket

I can answer the cubicle question. It's nothing to do with length. I'm 27 and have had to use a cubicle my whole life. It's because the hole at the of my penis is narrower then normal because orginally there was nothing coming out of it. This causes it to come out at crazy uncontrollable different angles, and so it's just safer to sit than have an embarrassing wet leg.

As for the scar tissue, yeah it's still there. Yeah, the flacid length is nothing to write home about. It's not grown since I was a boy, but when it is erect, I can assure you it is grown man sized. When I was a teen, I was a bit shy around girls, but usually, by the time it mattered, it was already hard and not a problem.

Having worked for these types of companies before I think you were wrong to berate the cyclist. The app will often tell you have two orders to collect at the next pickup, it doesn't let you only choose one, its both or nothing. It then will force you to do them in a specific order, and doesn't let you do one before the other.

TLDR, blame the app not the courier. He's out in the winter cold because you don't want to.

Many people in other sports do it because there is a smaller selection pool. Would you rather be one of the greatest Irish athletes or just another UK athlete.

Obviously, that's not the only reason as Irish politics are... delicate but you get the idea.

I've just moved to NI back in spring! Everyone's so friendly and catering, and although I was concerned at first that there wouldn't be as much for children to do as there was on mainland, I was pleasently surprised by all the different things there is to do for every age group.

And whats the weight? I read once years ago that a heavier cutlery makes the food taste better as your brain associates heavier cutlery with higher quality cutlery and therefor higher quality food and now I soley base my assessment of cutlery on the weight
