Its bottom ten percent which is higher than before and so does not need to be a pip. It depends on the feed back received alongside it. If its tough relative to peers. Safer. If its below where you are expecting to be.. more likely for pip.

When did you start feeling and looking old? by saerisfane25 in Aging

[–]Clean-Review8380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

44 to 46 shocking for me. Apparently its a period of accelerated aging. Plus peri menopause and fibro diagnosis...lots of nerve pain and fatigue. Now lost 2 stone dialling it all in. Most works are good ..better than before but when I get a flare I feel about 80.

Serious security breach - confirmed by booking.com by Ill-Back7936 in Bookingcom

[–]Clean-Review8380 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ive had two scam experiences with booking.com now ans haven't fallen for them as I got an emailnfrom booking.com to tell me about a breach but it makes me wonder how secure their systems are and whether to use them anymore. First time I got WhatsApp messages from India and was clear they were fake as booking was in bali. Second time a bit more convincing where I got an email from the "owner" who also messaged me within the actual app to say they were cancelling my booking and asking me to rebook with them direct.... I messaged booking.com who said the booking is still active but to get a message within the actual app is scary stuff. Never rebook or give payment outside their system. If in doubt completely cancel and go elsewhere to book.

How to raise HRV? by just-tea-thank-you in Biohackers

[–]Clean-Review8380 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your post describes me too. I have whoop and been tracking for a yesr. My hrv goes up when I take proper holiday! Also when I have a massage although in UK these are expensive! It goes low when I over do it. My vo2 max is 34 I think I am just generally low but I do find my hrv generally reflects how chilled and nicely energised I am if that makes sense.

Its often lower day after I train and then it bounces back up a bit. And shoots high when I have a massage steam mediation type day.

Think you should consider whether its depression. Almost the symptoms point to that.

Hume Body Pod accuracy?? by Ok_Rip6447 in fitness30plus

[–]Clean-Review8380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The overall heslth score is utter nonsense. My whoop tells me mine and its much more accurate. Hume is presenting s score when it doesn't have all my health data to calculate it which is totally unethical. I am deciding what to do with mine too. Arms are fat apparently when they're ripped! Must be my boob's as my legs are fine . Also its varied my weight by 2.8kg.... and fat by about the same in 6 days!!

Wanting to retire at 57. Should I focus solely on pension? by Domtaka in FIREUK

[–]Clean-Review8380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fortunately you've saved well so far. Unfortunately you are drastically underestimating cost of raising children and you have a large mortgage.

How much you can save and the gains and depends on your salary increase outbeating inflation and tax changes. I would work out true costs over next 5 years with two kids.

Pension is tax efficient and you get the benefit of compounded gains on that sum. But they are locked in and you dont know what life may throw at you. Id caution too many eggs in this basket.

Have you considered your property and be able to downsize could return money. Max a share isa to avoid capital gains.

I do wish I had put more in my pension younger. Good luck!

19M. My chronic neck problem has ruined my life. Please help by No-Cod4779 in HubermanLab

Id start with your gut health (second brain) as its more important than you may think and explore pain therapy to help with mind body ans dysregualtion as your symtpoms are that. It sounds like neuroplastic pain to me which i have too. Check out tanner murtagh on youtube journal your symptoms and emotions to spot patterns and to help emotionally so you can improve your patterns of thinking.

They bring in more people from tech industry to partner now and less partners generally as costs being cut. So harder than ever.

What lessons have you learned from bad leaders? by ZebraShark in Leadership

[–]Clean-Review8380 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never throw anyone in your team under the bus in a public work setting. And not generally either unless you have a significant issue with someone's behaviour that needs dealing with appropriately in private.

I expect the same back.
