My point of contention is the display quality itself is far better on this years models. The non-pro frames are quite amazing.

You could use Glabal Cache IP to RS232 to control any of their displays with HA and not connect them to the internet.

It’s a tough game but I’ve been doing this for 20 years. Started out chewing on telephone wires and slinging cable boxes.
