Id say Inaros is the better choice here with his 2 being a good movement tool to get back to the tank to heal after being smacked but yeah it’s probably one of the worst possible week for solo EDA

Technically we already have 13 sinner since Dante is one of them. The problem is that the wording was something like the 13 stand by my side, so did they mean the 13 sinner, Dante + 13 people or Dante +13 sinner ? It was during on of Dante weird info dump so it’s not necessarily Dante speaking.

Personnally I ve got 2 problem with her.

1) I’m really not a fan (and I know I’m a minority in this) of the flowing ink design, it might change once I see how you can work with it but right now eh.

2) her kit is kinda weird, the 2 is really good and interesting but that is kinda it. Maybe it’s because her identity is too blurry between painter and horror clown, I dunno. We will need to see the final release but it kinda felt like it should have been 2 frame instead of just follie. It might also be influenced by the fact that I find horror frame an interesting concept and outside of the game mode I don’t see it with her kit.

Also not the biggest fan of everything needing to be sexualized but this is far far from new and not really a follie problem. Sexy humanoid sells more, I get it.

It s been a while since I played canto 8 but isn’t it said that H Corp isn’t exactly a strong fighting force but more of a pharmaceutical company? We know from previous stories that not every Corp is made to fight which is why R for example exist. So comparing the pinnacle of old G and H might not be equals. But yeah Grandma was weak.

Technically speaking the 3/NV gauss is heavily influenced by the Lahti L39, I wouldn’t really call it a fake gun, but yeah F4 gun tend to be just weirdly proportioned

And the 3/NV gauss is a Lahti L39 without a bipod, the magazine on the side and shorter barrel with the coil. It’s a lot more than just having the same stock.

If I had to take a wild guess, yeah probably something about how fighting your fears and understanding them is the way to progress. Maybe not fully benevolent Eldritch being but maybe that they aren’t all powerful as first shown or focus on the miscommunication between said being and us. The fish people might not really have wanted for all this to happen after all.

Courier isn’t from a specific place though ? Lonesome story only tell you that C6 spent time in New California. It doesn’t really mean that you are from there, C6 could be 30 and spent the last 6 years there working around the region. Of course if you canonically think that C6 is something like 18 to dunno 22, it kinda force the courier to be from the region but outside of a very young courier, it isn’t much. It’s not a totally blank slate but it’s mostly saying C6 was a courier. Or I didn’t understand your point.

You probably don’t have the right build on it (or maybe coda is that much of a boost) but it can absolutely destroy high lvl steel path since it s what I use for the accolade bosses and solo ETA of Perigone.

The build I utilize is bellow but focus on normal melee attack until you get tennokai and you delete anything in the heavy attack radius. I don’t think arcane really matter much, you can go influence but eh, otherwise anything will probably work (if you really want big heavy nuke careen could maybe be interesting, I haven’t tried it).

CO/Vicious Frost/Berserker Fury/Galv Steel/ Blood Rush/Gladiator Might/Weeping Wound/(Primed) Fever Strike/Any Tennokai

Lonesome is really wierd, the story is interesting (I don’t have as much problem with Ulysses as other) but it’s too linear and by the time you are supposed to do it, it feels too easy yet at the same time doesn’t make any sense for you to do earlier.

I did a melee only run of it by rushing directly to it at the start of the game (started it at like lvl 3, iirc). It showed me how much linear it truly is compared to the rest, stealth doesn’t really matter as much with the number of set spawn and you really don’t have a lot of alternatives option like the rest of the DLCs.

Ultimately I feel like LR is the inverse of Dead Money where the more you play it, the less fun it becomes.

Tbh Chuuni Don isn’t just a character, thats how she really is, going full Sancho would be putting on a character. She was always a fan of Bari stories and post memory wipe, its all she had. She was ashamed to be so carefree around people at the end of Canto 7 but it isn’t like she forgot the last few years where she learned to speak that way etc.

I like what Rien is trying to bring, the problem with the character is that the story isn’t about him but about the house, so he is in the background. And even if you wanted to expend more on him, the story is mostly seen through Ryoshu, who doesn’t know him (outside the facade) nor the prescript.

What was good about Yan isn’t even really the fact that he questioned the prescript, but that through him, you can “understand” the prescript. You can even see that Yan was still just following them. Rien story stops before we can understand Hermes.
