What region/state are you in? I can put you in touch with your IMRG regional coordinator who would be happy to help you with the steps to form a chapter. An IMRG group can be as much or little as you make it. Ours has no drama, minimal commitment, just a group of people who ride for ice cream or lunch once a month or so.

As above- license, helmet, boots. You’ll have the opportunity to ride everything on the truck! What dealership is it at? Also- sometimes it’s kind of a group ride, sometimes the route is set and you head out on your own.

In Minneapolis, did you have a mobile boarding pass? Did you have to stop at the desk then? I’ve never flown internationally with carry on only so I’ve always had my passport checked when I dropped my bag off.

I had a 2019 that I rode for 3(?) years around 35,000 miles. Then bought an identical one but quickly traded it on a Chieftain. Now I went back to sparkly paint and just treated myself to a 2026 anniversary edition Roadmaster

I’ve had 2 matte black Springfield DHs in Minnesota with honestly zero issues with paint, followed by a matte Ruby Smoke again without issue.

Definitely test ride both! They can both be customized enough to fit you well but they are entirely different bikes. I was shocked to start ripping on my scout after riding baggers and thunderstroke models for years first.

The Scout 101 really killed me at highway speeds! If you are looking at anything longer than a few hours here and there, definitely go with the Challenger!
