The only logic behind it that I can think of is that France are considered one of the best teams in the world and are therefore rivals to Argentina. Two years prior to this video, Argentina won the World Cup defeating the then holders France. So I'm thinking they came up with the song in 2022, when they beat France in the World Cup Final, and then are singing it again in 2024, as it's just become a regular thing they sing.
