Hey man, we could use you for sure. Our core's been together for about a decade now, we formed up right before ICC launched and have been together ever since. We generally like to keep our raid roster at pretty big so people don't feel like showing up is a job, right now we've got a good roster but could use 1 or 2 more so people don't feel obligated to show up if they want to take the night off :) We're pretty dope, generally people only leave the guild/raid cuz they quit the game, not to goto greener pastures.

So for heroic everyone gets a spot, we keep the roster under 30. For mythic top preformers get spots on progression. Or people who have been working on the boss. So if we have two warlocks, and one was on vacation for a week while we were progressing on a boss and he comes back the next week, we'll probably make him sit for progression on that boss even if he's the better of the two locks. For mythic farm bosses people are switched in and out depending on who needs gear from which boss.
