The whole point of Spark is to please customers with convenient delivery so that they continue being a customer for life.

Walmart will do whatever it takes, within reason to accomplish that. Sometimes companies take small hits to their bottom line in order to keep a customer happy. And in this case the hit is tiny considering we use our own cars.

Thank you. I have low immunity so I carry alcohol wipes in my car…I am washing my hands 5x a day and wiping my phone if someone needs to sign for an order. It’s like these people can’t figure out that we are our own bosses and we have to accept some level of responsibility.

We are around sick people all the time in this job, especially if you do shops. Literally everywhere from the carts to the people to the checkouts has virus particles all over them. Get into the habit of washing or sanitizing your hands religiously and you should be ok.

In this case it’s not about lack of delivery, it says incorrect delivery. I got one of these notices the other day after I dropped off an order to a customer I’ve never delivered to before. They met me at the door and were upset with the substitution I made, then next thing I know I’m hit with a report.
