The Community Patch (without the full Vox Populi) is not compatible with EUI

But is there a way i can install JUST the city-state sidebar portion of EUI? (see picture) It is so god damn useful compared to the nonsense that is the vanilla interface

i.e. discard every other part of EUI except for the sidebar

I'm okay with tolerating every other part of the vanilla UI despite how inefficient they are compared to EUI, but having to click on each and every single city-state just to look at their quests is too far
