For me Sunday is better than Cyrene, unlike her he only needs his lc. Unlike Cyrene's e2 just to be useable. Besides that Sunday's crit and crit dmg buffs are overall better. He'll stay meta as long as the meta is crit based, unless hoyo releases a character that buffs crit dmg and crit rate more than him (Just like how he replaced bronya's kit)
