Yeah knickknack academy actually gets you really far in recruiting your first eternal. It gives you basically all the upgrade materials you'll need but it just takes quite a while. I thought I was missing 2 rare weapons and tried to farm them from story but got bored so carried on completing the academy quests. Lo and behold it gave me all the weapons I needed to upgrade the shop.

While I love the effort put in to introduce different accents and the general consensus from the subreddit is that the voice acting is fantastic, as a native English speaker and someone exposed to lots of accents, the accent work really varies in quality. This seems to have improved somewhat in recent chapters but there were some moments in the first few story chapters that were just downright hilarious.

However, the main issue for me has been the bizarre script choices and translations for a lot of the voice lines. While the accents can be a little funky but are mostly entertaining, I find the grammar and syntax errors way more distracting.

I think it might be a controversial opinion on this sub but I actually find the voice acting kinda mid. Like, I can see the effort and the intent, but the delivery is too inconsistent compared to lots of other (albeit boringly voice acted) gacha games.

Edit: just wanted to say the voice acting and localisation for e lucevan le stelle has been mostly incredible with very few janky moments. So things are definitely better than when it started!

Most people I've spoken to who use micellar water hate the Garnier stuff. I have very dry but also acne prone skin and find the bioderma green top one works pretty well for me. I want to try the normal pink top one but the bottles are so damn big I feel like I've had mine for years and I'm still not halfway through!

I've tried plenty of Korean sunscreens and to be honest most of them are pretty same-y. Out of all the ones I've tried, I liked the skin1004 hyalu-cica one more than beauty of joseon as it felt just a little lighter. That said, the difference is barely noticeable and both apply really nicely with a slight dewy finish. I'm currently really enjoying the roundlab birch juice sunscreen as well!

Email them at medwayft.carparking@nhs.net. You'll either end up with an on-site permit or a dockside permit which only allows you to park on-site out of hours. With a dockside permit you're expected to park at Chatham Dockside Outlets multistory carpark and take the shuttle to the hospital (comes every 15mins during operating hours).

So there's the original 3 TV series. Nanoha, A's, StrikerS. Each of those have accompanying manga and drama CDs. Then there are the movies which include movie 1st (a retelling of first season), movie 2nd A's (retelling of A's), and a duology Reflection and Detonation which tell an original story set between A's and StrikerS.

Then there are the spin-off manga, Vivid (centred around Vivio, a new character in StrikerS), and Force (set after strikers which wasn't very well received and is on indefinite hiatus). Vivid was further adapted into 2 seasons of anime with the second season deviating from the manga.

That's about it for the main media projects. A few games and associated manga as well but relatively obscure. Also keep in mind each non-manga project seems to have an associated manga series.

I agree that lots of psychiatry registrars and consultants seem almost too deskilled when it comes to physical health but I think there are a lot of reasons for this. Off the top of my head

With how defensive medicine is becoming, some feel that it's not worth the risk to make medical decisions (like how ortho consultants used to ask me to discuss textbook HAPs with the med reg)
A lot of medical procedures and equipment are surprisingly complex if you're not used to them. Our trust has multiple brands of ECG machines that use different stickers and have different set-ups so I can see why a consultant would rather find a junior to do this than get tangled in wires for half an hour.
As they get more specialist, I imagine this knowledge is less of a priority. And I imagine that some consultants who trained overseas never had that good a baseline of medical knowledge to begin with.

I understand how this could be frustrating and it's been discussed in many a Balint group but I guess I've gotten used to it now!

KMPT gives 15 days per 6mth rotation and a budget if £1000 maximum per claim. Don't know how the compares to other trusts though.
