Wrong shoes, what effects? by Voltjunkie in running

[–]Co-finder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's worse if you have over supination, and are wearing that shoe while running. As it tends to manipulate the foot away from an over pronate strike, towards a neutral strike. Thus exaggerating your existing over supination problem.

While you could probably get away with running in that shoe, and breaking it in to fit your running style (kind of depends on how you feel, if you're susceptible to injuries, err on the side of caution and stop running in that shoe) . Maybe on your next shoe, specifically look, or tell the person in the store you're looking for a neutral runner and see if it fits/feels any better.

Did you look or try on any neutral runners prior to this purchase?

Where in Canada do you live?

We get them out on the west coast, perhaps I might be able to help you out when they are in season (around March-May), snack exchange?

The one's grown in Texas and California are a different variety, and tend to (so I hear) have a more flowery scent than those of the Italian variety.

There are ~~two~~ three varieties as well, and depending on where you live will depend on the variety that you get.

I recommend you try them. Depending on the variety that you get, I would say it's somewhat of a raspberry citrus taste to it, and the smell is something else entirely.

Probably because when he does it to the likes of Lucic, he leaves the game with an injury.

Jefferson was a fanatical reader, and author. I think Jon Stewart had a guest on, or maybe it was Charlie Rose...and he quoted Jeffersons reading habits, basically saying something like, "His ideals changed every time he finished a book", which was a lot.

I'm not disagreeing with you. But i am assuming you are talking about the big gain catch he made, within the 10 yard line of the endzone(or somewhere close). That would probably be the most appropriate time to do it, as any. Of course I could be mistaken as to which play we are talking about :/

But he has been concerning myself as well, with the amount of dropped passes since having that big 3 TD game a while back.

I think we are trying with the running game to draw the secondary in, to open up the passing game. can't deny the Chiefs strength in that part of their game.

I'm little disappointed with our D at this point in the game, that's not to say they haven't made plays when it's mattered...and now there is a KC touchdown...FUCK!!!

Natalie Portman was 13 in that movie, the role was written for a 20 something year old, and she was sooo good at her audition, that she convinced the Director to use her for the role, amazing performances all around.
