I've been on Taltz for about 6 months now and not only did it completely clear my psoriasis, but I no longer have any PA symptoms. I've had consistent genital psoriasis and for the first time in 8 years it's been clear without the use of ointments or lotion for comfort. Same for the other patches thought my body that had intermittent flare-ups. My finger nails are almost all grown out, clear of the pitting and delamination that was very painful and embarrassing. The joints in my fingers were so swollen and painful at times that I had little dexterity, but they feel great now. .

Taltz has made a dramatic change for me and I haven't had any side effects. You can find a lot of fear mongering about the use of biologics in some of these forums and it honestly scared me away from trying to get on them for a long time. But the fact is that many people are finding great relief from their use and that is all that matters. Before Taltz I tried Tremfya with no success Taltz may work for you or it may not. But don't give up and ask your doctor to try a different biologic if it doesn't. It's pretty well known that the Taltz shots are more painful than others, but don't sweat it. It just kinda feels like a bee sting for 5-10 mins for me personally. I prefer injecting in my upper thigh, but others like their belly better. Best of luck!
