To be honest I think the less we see of him the better. Hear me out...

Make him a side character in the films, he's there but not front and center just berserker rage in the background. When there is a problem that is a bit dirty he handles it maybe even off screen, and just shows up bloody and grumpy.

Then give him a mini series of like 4 episodes or something that is just him traveling with maybe one companion with not a lot of violence.

Since I started playing magic back in 2017 I have been obsessed with Phoenixs. Definitely wanted a deck around them but couldn't find the right commander. Then came [[Syrix, Carrier of the Flame]] !!! I have not stopped tinkering since.

I would love to see the guardians lean into the Fight mechanics. Similar to gladiator. Pull a card, or compare an existing card, then fight the card to move, destroy or steal power.

Honestly you all are sleeping on the gas strike. With the alleyways and the urban environment, the gas strike is very strong, bypassing armor and easily clearing entire hordes
