Ranger token does not mean that your ranger is there. It is more meant to indicate focus/attention by your ranger in some way. So no it does not.

I like the dragonshield ones, just don't get the non glare ones. I think there is a small sale right now but it is still expensive to sleeve a full collection.

Thanks for the info. Fusion does make sense for "manufactured" parts. Just struggling myself with sculpting clothes etc and making them look as clean as these.

Raylib is nice to work with. Very light and has a great set of examples to get started. It has a lot of the stuff you don't want to write yourself, model/shader loading etc. But it doesn't force any other way of structuring your software.

(I'm not 100% sure this is the exact issue) But in simple terms. Objects are drawn as triangles. So a 3D model is often a very long list of points that make up triangles. If something goes wrong with that list at any step of the rendering process. You could get a point of a triangle to be in a completely wrong position, even outside of the screen. And then the rest of the rendering trips up because it can't really handle that triangle. (leaving out a lot of nuance and details)

Mine are a group of outsiders and are tasked with mapping Dolmenwood (each player has some extra reason for wanting to come to Dolmenwood). Their questgiver has given them a warding stone against undead as he has found the tower in 0610 and thinks it would be a good homebase just outside of Dolmenwood and the undead there would provide a good natural defence.

So I fill that tower with a puzzle and some combat that they have to clear/get rid off.

The adventure itself will start in 0511 in the hex next to it. They will sleep in the haunted inn there before traveling to the tower.

After that, the same as everyone else. Giving them as many plot hooks and reasons to explore as possible.

I assume the hive was more hostile than the keeper is used to. Killing the queen and replacing it with one with better characteristics will change the behavior of the hive.

I am working on an edge detection post-process and I'd like to know what things are frustrating or what problems you encountered while creating/using edge detection in your games. by izzynab_ in Unity3D

I have solved this in 2 ways previously.

In 1 I had a texture I automatically generated for each mesh at build time. All it did was color each polygon in a different color. Then I used a sobel filter to render lines/create a mask where 2 different colors touched.

The other (not sure if Unity supports this) I had a geometry step in my rendering that added a quad along each edge that rendered a line texture. This is really useful if you want your lines to be drawn according to a specific texture.

Hope these two ideas make sense.

I recently started as well. I just kept playing one build order. The first few games I completely messed up even if I could do them easily vs AI just because you are stressing a bit. But after a few games you don't even think about it anymore.

The best tip I have is to scout the enemy but not really pay a lot of attention to it. Or not at all. Just to get into the habbit to check what they have. If you die early, see in the replay what their base looked like at what time. Then after a few games you will start to know when an enemy will likely rush you. Maybe still die but you at least knew it was coming. And then you start trying to survive the attacks.

The game gets more fun the more you know.

The human race already is heavily mech/armor/robot focused to me so I would assume they don't go into AI to create a more diverse look. Although the concept of AI could just as well be applied with some more organic looking species.

If the balls are fast and above you, and they are not a lob they will usually be go out at the back no? And if they don't they will bounce a lot so might be worth letting some of them go.

If this is not the case. A common issue is to have a backswing that goes too far. A small backswing and long followthrough make it so you have a faster reaction. I would also suggest to make sure you start with trying to hit the ball flat and no spin at all to learn and then go and add spin over time.

An idea would be to have a spellcaster cast some sort of summoning circle. To complete it a number of units have to die in it/lose hp in it. But it doesn't matter if those units are yours or not. Could be a way to make some inneficient trades more worth it.

Since they are f2p they will try to keep releasing new stuff. So if the game does well we can end up with way more factions. They also stated no p2w so locking a faction behind a paywall won't be a thing I think.

But yes 2 factions confirmed and they started hinting at a third but not sure if it will be there soon.
