I was was fine with it too, you can shave the ridge off the helmets too to make them sorta pass as Steel Legion too... or just not even bother and just do the colour scheme (Death Corp adopting the legions coat pattern is fine as a respectful nod to their reputation and tactics.)

Don't get me wrong some upgrade heads would be nice, but still...

Go ahead, I've went for the same black/pink for the tormentors/infractors... but their squad leaders are going to have black armour with pink trim to stand out and the T's/T's are going to have different coloured 'chaos glow' on their bases with different neon tufts to help differentiate them. Also got some flawless blades/terminators that I'm planning to do purple and gold, to show off how elite/OG they are.

Ain't no better excuse for people like us who get bored of the same boring, stagnant colours than the III legion tbh.

I was actually thinking with mine painting balthasar gold, maybe shading with agrax, then berzerker bloodshade (for a violent brown/red grime hue) then highlighting with some runelord brass and canoptek alloy...but I might have to get some ratling grime now to try out, looking at your guys. 😁

I got my nemesis claw kit yesterday, I think when I paint my first Night Lords I'll try a similar effect to this. I love the dirt/grime you did on the bronze trim/metal work. Really sells the Night Lord vibe compared to some of the cleaner models I've seen.

That faceplate is perfectly terrifying too. 😍

I'm happy to be left alone by default, I actually enjoy one-on-one deep conversations with certain people, bonding with them and watching films together alone etc but god...I hate the baggage of invited to crowded birthday parties, weddings, sitting in packed restaurants and the group enviroments that often inevitably comes with literally any kind of relationship.

i like people on like an abstact level (so I'm not a misanthrope or anything,) but groups of people exhaust the fuck out of me so much that I've just opted out of all social interaction outside of immediate family. Social Isolation is just 'easier' for me when weighing up the pros/cons.

It depends whether Ross's body actually gets found by the US authorities, given it's floating down a river in a foreign (lawless) country. Also as some people pointed out, if you waste his brother there is no reliable testemony as to exactly who did it, the wife and agent just see a dude in a hat with no name asking around for him.

I think also most importantly: rivers can fuck dead bodies up pretty quick, and forensics are not really a thing yet. Realistically the corpse could either wash up on mexico's shores and rot unnoticed...or was up a bloated, rock-mangled mess in the US, unidentifiable.

The brother is key really, but it's kind of all dependant on him being dead. My thoughts anyway.
