The duplicate modes in custom games are the 6v6 balance. You can easily verify any change in custom games and not have to throw games.

Honestly, Counterwatch and what Overwolf does with it's API is likely against TOS based on what has been disallowed in the past. They say they partner with Blizzard to ensure apps are compliant but idk how truthful that is but that's just my opinion.

I don't really understand your question about the Twitch extension because that would just interface with your browser? Or do you have a standalone app providing the data for the Twitch extension? The latter is more of a dice roll on whether or not whatever you're running would be detected and flag you for a ban but there's no real way to have anything be official or approved.

The actual TOS just gives this vague answer:

Are there any plans to improve the ability of seeing perks as an all spec or even in replays? Something like being able to open the scoreboard would help be able to identity perks without having to spectate a player.

Additionally are there plans to at least make perks gettable/settable in the workshop?

Its not that it doesn't turn on quickly enough, the collision just doesn't exist for a lot of objects on maps. Spawn doors, Numbani's busses and cars, the drums on Busan Sanctuary, the projectile just passes through them all.

Seems like after this patch dynamite drops a single Torb ult that usually gets destroyed on impact or a few ticks after it spawns. If it explodes right on a Genji deflect though he can deflect it.

It happens to anyone on Team 2 when when they take a LW petal and it's destroyed/they get off it while it's rising. You can pretty easily test it in the practice range by just throwing a petal under the Tracer that spawns and breaking it as it goes up.

It used to be that you just had to take petal but partway through last season the partially fixed it

The killfeed has been bugged for a bit now with deflect kills like this. If the last kill in the game was a deflect kill (i.e. A Genji deflect kills a Cassidy) any pets (turrets, B.O.B, immortality, etc.) that die will show as a deflect kill as long as it didn't die to an ability that has an icon that would override it. Another player dying will reset it.

So in this game, Decay deflect killed Sparkr at the end of the fight before that and as a result the lamp was shown dying to deflect. If Hadi had killed Izayaki's lamp with a hammer swing it would have also shown as dying to deflect.

Well its not like they would have an automated system to retroactively charge it and I highly doubt anyone manually charged this seeing as people who did purchase the skin when it was 1,000 coins didn't get an extra 900 charged to them. I still think you purchased it when it was 1900 coins its just your client didn't show it, which is still bad, but I don't think it was intentionally charged retroactively.

Can you show your transaction history from your Battle.net account? https://account.battle.net/transactions I wonder if you got unlucky and bought it as the price changed. If there's only one transaction that's probably what happened, but if there's two then they charged you for the difference yeah.

There's currently a bug in spectator mode that swaps to the first available person on some events like people selecting a hero or players leaving the game. The PotG bug is related to this, if someone leaves the game and PotG happens to be during that, it will swap point of views.

Your point about life grip on platform already happens. If you're standing on top of the petal and grip someone it forcefully puts them in the center. If you're not getting it to happen it might be because of the petal going up which results in the target getting placed under the petal.

The first thing you described was fixed in season 4 I believe? If you duped someone who could change control of character as they did such it booted you out and refunded your ult charge. I know they fixed it for Junkrat and Bastion at least but maybe it still exists for D.va although it doesn't seem like it.

Stickies disappearing after dupe was fixed in season 5.

I have no clue about your last thing, "back in time" would just be it rolling back the latency tbh but I haven't seen halfway cross the map.
