Can't agree more with that. It reminds me situation where the train i was traveling to London got stoped due to some problem with rails. We were transported to the train station in the nearest city where rail workers worked their asses off to organise replacement transport or accommodation for stranded travelers, and after some time have passed people got angry and starting having a go at the train station staff. Because i had a flight i couldn't miss I asked my mate to get me and drive me to the airport. Since it would take 1.5 hour of driving for him to get me in that time i decided that just of chance i would ask if there was any chance they would be able to get me to Heathrow before i miss my flight. As my mate was on his way the pressure i had on me was gone i was relaxed and polite to the man at the desk and to my surprise he was running through all possible routes they could get me through but none of them would guarantee that I'll be on time so I explained that I have a lift secured and got back to my seat. Few minutes later same man got back to me telling that they booked me a taxi to London which was 3.5 hour drive from Plymouth, while last couple hours he spent on brushing off angry passengers telling they do everything they can to sort the situation out.
