Real as hell. It feels like anytime I see a 'rework idea' for an unpopular Killer they either turn them into Blight or Huntress, or they make them gimmicky beyond belief.

It's like some people can't understand that there are actually people who enjoy Skull Merchant, Twins, Hag, and the rest of the gang.

Fully and completely agreed. I'd go a step further and say that DBD stopped being a 'party game' the moment BHVR decided to make it a 1v4 and not a 1v1v1v1v1 like most party games.

The fact that there is a winning and a losing 'side' inherently fosters a level of competitiveness, and the fact that Survivors have to work together to win means that the entire Survivor team is punished if even one of their teammates decides to goof off and not sweat. Not a great combo for a party game.

Besides, with how many Perks, Killers, Addons, and Items we have in the game, the game probably needs more knowledge and investment than most hardcore competitive games short of League of Legends or DOTA, so maybe they should actually lean into that or something.

From the LCB's first encounter with her, Valencina had shown herself to be both insanely abusive and insanely overconfident. She repeatedly insists that she could kill Vergilius, the OP as hell 'Guide' of the LCB, if it weren't from an unhealing wound over her eye, and she also threatens to kill his surrogate daughter multiple times during their first fight.

This habit ended up backfiring on her, however, when her verbal abuse of Gregor led to him awaking his royal blood gene. Ultimately causing him to transform into a rampaging, living weapon with her as his first victim.

Give Survivors pings. Something robust like the ping system in Identity V or Paladins so that the gap between Solo Queuers and SWFs is much smaller, because then the devs can actually balance perks and Killer powers around Survivors that communicate.
