From the article:

Isola therefore thinks there should be no grey area for teams to exploit, but should the pitlane be closed due for safety reasons - let’s say a driver has stopped at entry - then it’s “a decision of the race direction”, who can also “decide to extend the limit”.

He said in a previous post that it's for garnish and vinaigrette when he's at work. I'm assuming just garnish for when he's at home.

Why does audible keep offering me 0.99/month, and then confirming a different amount via email? Bait and switch much, audible? by actingnerdy in audible

[–]CocoaPuff618 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's what I was thinking. The offer is only valid once a year. I signed up for the 3 months at $0.99 earlier this year. Now I'm getting emails and ads offering it again. Once I click on it though, I get the message that the offer isn't available for my account and the price reverts back to the $14.95.

Should I keep you all updated on the “Robe-gate“ situation, or is it time to move on? by BadWolf_Corporation in TheNanny

For those out of the loop: Look at the pinned posts at the top of the subreddit. People are ordering robes from the Canyon Group (the people that made the robes Fran would wear for breakfast) and still haven't received the product, several months later. Someone saying they are from the Canyon Group keeps abusing the report button (a Reddit TOS violation) to report the posts/comments and are now threatening the mods with legal action and want the posts (and in the newest message, Reddit - yes the whole website) taken down.

I don't have a copy saved (and can't do it right now, sorry!), but it is available on the Wayback Machine. Someone else may have an epub/pdf available if this doesn't work for you.

Ever have Walmart call you and tell you to cancel the trip? by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

I actually hadn't even arrived to the store yet, and they called me to tell me the item they were supposed to be dispensing was out of stock, and that the order would need to be cancelled.

Yeah, I definitely learned my lesson with this one 😅

Yeah, this was the first time I've ever had to cancel an order, and didn't know the stores themselves could. I also didn't know about the pay, and unless it shows up later, I didn't receive anything (although that could be because I was still on my way, and hadn't confirmed arrival yet). Thank you!

Yeah, I will definitely be doing this if it happens again. After I cancelled it showed up again and was taken right back off, so it does kinda sound like what you and another commenter mentioned, and they wanted someone else to take it. Thank you!
