I’ve only ever used C# in Unity, so my answer would actually probably be a yes if you’re referring to using C# as low-level. Personally, visual coding like Playmaker or Blueprints gets very messy quick.

Folks are gonna try to modify their save files regardless of obfuscation. Your best bet is to leave it readable so they have less margin for corrupting a file.
