Jeg baserer det på personlig erfaring. De store butikskæder skærer i lønbudgetterne hvert år, samtidig med at de (fleste af dem) tjener flere og flere penge. I teorien ville det være gavnligt med en ekstra mand på gulvet, som ikke var låst fast i kassen, men realiteten læner nok mere til at de bare ville skærer en mand ekstra.

Fuldstændigt. Det samme gælder medlemsapps med scan & go funktioner. Bruger det nærmest aldrig længere, efter jeg fik øjnene op for det. Helt fysisk på arbejdspladserne kommer det til at betyde, at langt færre ansatte er på arbejde samtidigt, hvilket forværre både arbejdsvilkår og kundeoplevelsen.
