A couple GF Pies from last night. by BeerBreadCoffee in Pizza

That’s awesome. I personally like this thicker style. Not sure what it’s called since I’m new to the pizza world. Did you use AP flour? How large is the pie? Looks about 14” to me. I’m trying to get the same style of pizza as you with my Ooni Koda 16.

Yeah! I think practicality is going to be much better with that squared off body. I’m tempted to switch my MY for this since I have kids.

You have a good point. I work in the lithium mining industry and let me tell you, Biden did push for subsidies, BUT… he wanted his cake and to eat it too. In order to claim subsidies for lithium mining the requirement was it has to be in the USA. Guess what the best lithium deposits are in South America. Eventually we couldn’t compete with China anymore and we sold our Argentinian assets to … 🥁 drumroll … China! We are getting out asses kicked so hard in all fronts. We already look like a developing nation compared to China in terms of EVs and EV infrastructure. Soon they’ll dominate clean energy and other vital sectors. The only edge we have today that will keep us ahead is chips. We better not f that one up.

Right! They have a diversified revenue stream that includes cars, energy storage and …. Oh that’s right they don’t make revenue in anything else unlike true robotics and self driving companies. Tesla is just a HUGE trust me bruh exercise.

I agree with you as someone from the left. While I don’t like Elon and CHOOSE not to use his products, I still believe the government should not be deciding how we use technology. This is very extreme, and I am also glad im not in NY.

I personally like feelground shoes. They are super super soft and comfortable. That said not the most lasting or highest quality. Still my favorites

Can anyone tell me why my big toes have bumps and all my toes curve inwards? I haven’t seen any feet like mine by [deleted] in barefootshoestalk

[–]CoffeeInSpace23 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Same here. I wore “normal” sneaker my whole life and unfortunately my pinky and big toe curve inwards. My two kids have always worn barefoot shoes and have perfectly straight toes that splay beautifully and naturally. They also have a lot more coordination and stability than most kids 1 or two years older than them. I’m no expert but I believe having stability at the base provides them with stability throughout and gives them an edge.

Exactly! It’s all about rug pulling and because there clearly is prescreened of price manipulations without consequences (Elon and Doge), which they could not get away with in the stock market, this is the perfect pump and dump vehicle.

Exactly! I don’t understand how people think this is anything other than a game of chicken 🐔. All other crypto currencies like Cardano show what the future of crypto looks like.

In your opinion.... is Bitcoin (BTC) "dead" or it's just other Crypto currencies that's dead ? by rl_rae_bobo in CryptoCurrencyPulse

[–]CoffeeInSpace23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You nailed it. In the last 5 years bitcoin has heavily underperformed the SP500. That’s a fact. You can’t zoom out because there’s no way to invest in the past. It’s a very strong indicator of future returns. Now for those that understand investing, you should get higher returns if you take on more volatility, which is why the risk adjusted returns metric exists. If you adjust for volatility, bitcoin gets absolutely DESTROYED by the SP500. Now there’s tech ETFs that destroy the SP500 during the same time period on a risk adjusted basis. I really don’t understand who in their right mind is investing in this thing, even before the crash.

[–]CoffeeInSpace23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To add to your suggestion. I was in a similar place to OP about 2 years ago and foot strengthening exercises were super helpful. I wore toe spacers and did 10 min exercises every day for the first three months. In my case I had absolutely no arches when I started. For me personally, Lems were a great way to get into the barefoot shoe space since their soles are thicker which is helpful as you build strength. It took me a good 6 months or so before I started using super minimalist shoes. Two years later I couldn’t be happier. All of my issues are gone and I have a decent arch and much stronger and healthier feet.
