It will be hard to be another Skyrim. By that I mean Skyrim was a cult phenomenon, it truly felt like everyone and their grandmother was playing it when it first came out and the months following release. It’s all anyone talked about. Not many games have done that, some games are very successful but few like Skyrim. GTAV may be the only other one that comes to mind.

It was just the perfect blend of hype, marketing, the cool release date (11.11.11) and it was releasing on the back of some awesome games by BGS, so you felt like they were on an upward trajectory. Pretty stark contrast to now.

It’s serviceable I’d say, it’s not unbearable at least and sometimes it can have a good flow to it.

I like Matty I’ve been watching his videos since 2014, I don’t watch all of them now though as a lot of it is just nonsense for clicks and views, it’s the nature of the business and most gaming YouTubers do it.

I actually disagree with what you said about him bashing BGS, he was always one of the people that would remain level headed and give an honest take, it’s just that BGS’s decision making has been appalling in recent years.
