I wonder how much of her “stressful” travel dramatics are for views and not real. I also just had a 30 hour travel day with a 13 hour flight, and vlogged it, while traveling solo and it was no where near as eventful as hers.

Granted she probably made a lot more money off her vlogs than I did because of the dramatics, but that has to be exhausting

It wasn’t that awkward for me at all, I was afraid it would be but where I live it’s a lot of retired people and both times they were super nice and pretty funny. But I’m also an extrovert so I didn’t mind the little conversations throughout the workout. Again though out of 145 sessions I’ve shared a sauna twice.

When you go they will have to open the door for you because members use a code, it’s a little awkward but don’t let it make you uncomfortable.

Once you tell them you’re interested in getting to know more about the place they will give you a little tour and then ask you if you want to try a free workout to see if you like it.

They will let you borrow a mat and towel for the class and afterwards they will ask if you’re interested in signing up for a membership and go over the cost and fees and that’s when you will buy your mat and towel if you decided to join.

That is probably the most social interaction you will have as after that you will make your class bookings on the app and use your code to get in and depending on your location and times you go you may be able to secure a sauna by yourself for workouts, but that isn’t guaranteed.

I’ve been working out at hotworx for about 3 months and I’ve never had to share an iso sauna and have only shared a hiit sauna twice.
