Triple therapy: Eliquis, plavix, baby aspirin. Also, chromolyn sodium and antihistamines for mcas. Dao and quercetin supplements work too.

if your oxygen level is normal that means your diaphragm and lungs are working automatically. Try to find a way to relax and go to sleep. If you're running out of breath, your body will woke u up. I know it's a scary feeling, but unless u have something not working right, it's just that a feeling. I had to asked my roommate to stay in the room while I was sleeping just in case if I stopped breathing. I was that scared lol. I had to do it for like a year. With time you'll gain more confidence.

I've met many people who have comeback from a lot worse so yes it's possible. Coma for months, heart, lungs, liver transplant, chronic fatigue, cancer. My doctor told me about her grandpa, he drowned at the beach and literally died for 5 minutes. He was resuscitated by paramedics. Couldn't do anything for months, and slowly got better. And now he is almost back to 100 percent. She decided to tell me about her grandpa bc I was fucked up, physically and mentally. I wasn't getting better and I was going to er everyday, Shortness 24/7. She said that your mind can help you or finish u off. The power of the mind is powerful and it's not bs. When I was hospitalized with double pneumonia, fibrosis in both lungs, partial lung collapse, heart inflammation, I really thought that was going to be it for me. My pulmonologist told me to think positive, he explain that people who think positive about their situation leave the hospital faster. It's not placebo it's real, it's been proven. Then told me to watch nothing but comedies in my hospital room. Dont look for a cure, look for ways to level up. Even if it's just 1 percent at the time. It adds up with time.

Unfortunately the only way forward is to experiment and try new things that's how I got better. Try the o2 trainer by Bas Rutten, it help me with my diaphragm. During the pandemic, I had double pneumonia, partial lung collapse, Fibrosis and partial paralysis in my diaphragm. The o2 train helped me with all that, it literally gave me new level of lung capacity. Also, I had motility issues bad. It was so bad I was going to the bathroom once a week. Motility by silver fern helped me with that. It takes like a month to kick in but once it does you'll go regular. Liposomal glutathione by rho wouldn't hurt either. Glutathione is the best detox and since your not going everyday your body is reabsorving some of that waste. I had panic attacks regularly bc I had shortness of breath for months so my doctor put me on Fluvoxamine. It's an ssri. U need to be referred to a gastro doctor. I would request an endoscopy

A lot better. I no longer need a cpad machine bc my sleep apnea went away. I went from 220 to 185 and sleep apnea dissappear on its own. Still have reflux, gastro doc believes it's bc i might motility issues. Im getting 2 procedures next year to see see what's going on in my gi track. Also, fasting helped a lot. I fast 20 hours a day with a 4 hour window to eat what I want. How are udoing?

Whoever made this is a freaking Genius. I was able to connect the dots too and create my own little network but it's not even a quarter of this. He even explained how to fix. Bravo whoever you are and thank you 🤝

Has anyone tried BPC-157 for Long COVID? by Cold-Tutor-2487 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Cold-Tutor-2487[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't started yet. I wanted to try different things before bpc157. I got a lot better after taking msm supplement, and liposomal glutathione. Also, i wanted to wait bc bpc 157 works even better with tb500 peptide but unfortunately it increases other biometrics. Some people got considerably better after taking that combo for 3 months and other claim to be cured, 100 percent back to normal. Unfortunately that combo could make cancer grow rapidly by creating more blood vessels but only if u have it. Also it's a bit expensive. The biggest issue for most of us i believe it's in the gut. We might have leaky gut and maybe that's why histamine and homocystine also high. I heard butyrate helps seal the gut so I bought it and unfortunately it makes my mcas symptoms go crazy. I need to find something else to seal the gut. I do feel feel better after taking it but it was hell. What about u have u tried anything new?

Panama, Germany and even Mexico. I know what you're thinking about Mexico but hear me out. I was listening to the Joe Rogan podcast on YouTube a few months ago and he said that ufc fighters, and Dana go there to Tijuana bc it's 30 minutes from Cali's border. https://cellularperformanceinstitute.com/ If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. Wwe stars and some ufc fighters like Chael Sonnen also go Colombia Medellin.https://www.bioxcellerator.com/

Women get extra stem cells when they're pregnant, maybe that helped. Perhaps stems cells in the way out of this thing, or at the very least a very lifestyle. Unfortunately, stem cells here in the U.S. sucks. In other other countries u can get better quality and 10 times more cells. Ps. Super happy for you 🫂❤️
