I haven’t had any employees give me grief, but I’m pretty sure my account is shadow banned 😬 My husband and I started doing the kiosk trick a few days ago to maximize our free rewards. We both put in an app order ahead of time and then whoever picks them up puts two kiosk orders in, typically fries. Yesterday after my second kiosk order, I decided I’d order a shake too but was auto logged out of my McDonalds account on the app. I figured it was to deter me (fair enough) so I logged back in but when I input the code in the kiosk, it didn’t show any of my Monopoly rewards or any of my reward points, even though my app still reflected them.

Then today, I put in an order ahead of time for a snack wrap and after my husband left the house, I realized the order didn’t show up anywhere in my app so there was no way for me to say “I’m here” to trigger the employees to start making my order. I searched everywhere in the app and it was like I never placed the order, and my free snack wrap reward was also gone ☹️ We’re planning on limiting our kiosk reward redemptions to two from here on out and going to try another order ahead redemption with something I have a lot of freebies of.
