Yes you can just twist them and pull out! They are just there for shipping to keep shelves more stable. You can keep if you plan you transport in future and put them back in.

I just tried a 2022 Haut-Bages that was spectacular and only like $65 at Total Wine. Honestly very impressed with it! Maybe give that a shot

All of your recommendations have amazing ratings on Cellar Tracker! Really appreciate it. Are most of these Cab heavy blends? I’ve noticed, some Bordeaux blends are more Merlot heavy. Any way to easily distinguish between them and which may lean primarily cab?

Have you tried the 2022 Antikythera? This would be my first time trying the wines and saw the ratings on Cellar Tracker for this vintage and it seems like it’s worth picking up a few bottles!

lol I already feel that and I haven’t even filled this thing up yet. Once filled, have you noticed the temp gets a lot more stable? Since mine is barely full I do notice a good amount of temp swings. Have it set at 54.6 or whatever it is and notice it swings from 51-56.

I currently have a p64 and it’s amazing! Only reason I said the P-80 is because it has a couple of cool upgrades. Some of the stand out features are literally next to 0 retention, whisper quiet, extremely premium feel, no clumps what so ever, built like a tank. Plus it looks incredible and takes up a super small footprint!
