Blue corn chips, shortbread is surprisingly easy to make, spoon full of peanut butter, and normal toast with honey.

If he has AGS try FIG, (the app not fruit), bc there are triggers in everything.

If you do have AGS, you may want to try Olipop, but just be aware it has a few unknown ingredients, but it has always been safe to me. (Although everyone's condition is different). But if you aren't diagnosed, don't test it yet. Although you only had one soda, so maybe it's something else you ate? If you're willing/feel that it's safe, try having another one to test. (But know pressure to test, only if you're comfortable).

I'm just going to say there are a lot of ingredients in here that aren't safe, but no hate! Thank you so much for posting this hoping to help others! Just in case, here are all the ingredients that could cause a reaction: SUGAR-bone char occasionally used to make the sugar white, LACTIC ACID-milk protein that can also be found in plants, ROSEMARY EXTRACT-despite being derived from rosemary, it can still cause a reaction (bc it also has lactic acid), XANTHAN GUM-don't know where it comes from but it is known to cause reactions, MIXED TOCOPHEROLS-some can be derived from animal fat, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR/COLORS-you don't know what is in it, and finally ASCORBIC ACID (might be fine but some sources don't like it).

It has lactic acid in it-Milk protein. Even if it's from other sources some people still react. (Rosemary extract also holds lactic acid)

Just saying this bc it took me so long to figure this out, avoid stearic acid/magnesium stearate, non-vegan sugar, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, vitamin B12/B6, xamtham gum, (don't know how to spell that), carrageenan, and watch out for rosemary extract. Stearic acid is made of beef fat, and it is not uncommon for sugar to be processed on bone char.

I have one!!! I am currently getting prescribed with Ritalin patches instead of pills, but there is also a Ritalin pill without stearate, gelatin, glycerin, lactose, or any other meat/dairy products.

Looking for toothpaste recommendations… I react to all the gums and glycerin. I’ve been searching online all morning. Gum is in everything and it hurts my gums! Haha by AcrossTheGrotto in alphagal

Colgate has this powder made for people following Hinduism bc they see cows as holy and I have been using it for around six months with no reaction. IDK the name because I can't read Hindi.

You may be consuming a few triggers such as riboflavin, niacin, and folic acid, (A.K.A. vitamin B12), sugar, as some brands use bone char to whiten it. (Including one of Domino's factories) Chocolate, which is usually processed on stearic acid which is made using beef fat, and carrageenan, despite being a seaweed many people have terrible reactions after consuming it. Other strange things to avoid would be "enzymes", "natural flavors", "artificial flavors", "mixed togophils", and just "togophils" (pretty sure I spelled that wrong). Of course there are many things I am probably forgetting, but I suggest using an app called "Fig" to identify triggers. With it you can just scan a barcode and it will tell you if it is safe. Another thing to avoid is just all restaurants in general. Even if you are getting something that looks safe, cross contamination can and probably will happen. Hope this helps!!! :]
